Thirty-nine patients with perforations of the gastrointestinal tract proved by operation were presented. 35.9% of perforations were between the age of 6-10 year and 20.5% were Neonates. A case of Takayasu's arteritis, type I in a 10 years old girl was reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by aortography which showed occlusion of the right and left subclavian artery, left carotid artery and markedly stenosed origin site of right common carotid arrery. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the bronchus in a 13-years-old boy was presented. The case was diagnosed by bronchoscopic examination and with the findings of light microscopy. There was no evidence of metastasis and tumor was completely removed by mid and lower lobectomy. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a very rare tumor especially in children arising from the bronchial gland.
